Teachers wanted to separate from GSIS right there and now. The problem of GSIS is long way present even before I became a teacher. I remembered my previous mentors in college always talking about their bad experiences. They said that there are many discrepancies in their accounts with GSIS.

I thought that these problems were already solved back then. When I started teaching in the government, I realized it is still the same. There was no change at all, hence it received many criticisms from the members.
