Teachers designs classroom to encourage students to attend face-to-face classes

A teacher of Magugpo Pilot Imelda Elementary School in Tagum City designed  and decorated her classroom to encourage her students to attend face-to-face classes.

Vhalyn Sed Edig, a Grade 5 adviser, decorated her classroom with colorful learning materials and put a functional reading corner.

Edig considers herself as the second parent of her students that is why she does everything to make her student feel that the classroom is their second home.

“Dapat maramdaman din ng mga pupils ang comfort na nararamdaman nila sa kanilang mga tahanan,” Edig said.

With the help of parents and other community members, she achieve her vision for her classroom.
