ShopeePay, an integrated mobile wallet that offers users easy access to digital payment services, now provides Filipino shoppers a more convenient way to top-up their mobile wallets. They can do so at TouchPay automated payment machines (APM) located in over 600 locations nationwide.
As more Filipinos continue to go online for their shopping needs and adopt cashless payment methods, ShopeePay will ensure that Filipinos can enjoy a safe and convenient shopping experience. ShopeePay and TouchPay make it easier for people to reload their mobile wallets to have a seamless transaction as they shop. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to top-up your ShopeePay mobile wallet via TouchPay:
Select TouchPay as your payment method
- Tap “Top Up” on your ShopeePay Wallet
- Select denomination then tap on Payment
- Select ‘TouchPay” as your top-up method
- Confirm Top Up and receive payment code
Go to any TouchPay machine
- Go to any TouchPay APM and select “E-Money”
- Click on “Shopee”
- Select “ShopeePay Top Up”
- Enter the provided payment code
Complete your transaction
- Pay with cash and receive a receipt for confirmation
- Your top-up amount will be credited to your ShopeePay wallet within 24 hours
